Management of the Association
Term of Office 2022 / 2023
The current management of the association was elected at a replacement membership meeting held per-rollam from October 24 to November 7, 2022.
Tomáš Ryza
Chairman
Tomas got into negotiation through student summits during his previous studies when he was focusing on security studies. Later, when studying at the Faculty of Law at Charles University, he represented it at the INADR competition in Athens and also at the CDRC competition in Vienna, where he and Lukáš reached the semi-finals. Currently, Tomáš is coaching the negotiators for the CDRC competition.
Lukáš Jirásek

Lukáš’s first experience with out-of-court dispute resolution was the INADR competition in Athens. This was followed by competitions such as the CDRC and the ICC competition, the Bucerius Law School Mediation Competition and the INADR competition in Bologna in 2023, where his team placed third. Together with Tomáš, Lukáš also coached the university team at the CDRC Vienna 2021 competition and continues to participate in competitions as a negotiator and coach. Lukáš works in advocacy and believes that a lawyer must be able to resolve a client’s problem in the best way for the client, which does not always involve litigation. SADRA has offered Lukáš the opportunity to develop his skills in out-of-court dispute resolution and also to help other members develop theirs. This is one of the reasons why Lukáš is a proud member of SADRA.
Jan Kubíček

I came across the concept of mediation during my Erasmus exchange and I was immediately intrigued. I continued to attend mediation and negotiation trainings in Prague, eventually also driving them. I am a tireless participant of negotiation competitions (over the years, I have participated in 13 of them – even with some successes). I have been: – in a team composed of students from different countries, – negotiating online, – facing as a solo negotiator a team of 3. Now I am an expert assessor: already at the Bucerius mediation competition and at the CDRC.
I am using negotiation and communication skills in my everyday life. It works.
Sabina Škrobánková
Financial manager
Sabina is interested in mediation and negotiation. She participated as a mediator in the CDRC competition in Vienna, and as a negotiator in the Bucerius Mediation Competition in Hamburg, where together with Honza and Lukáš they placed third. She also participated in the ICC competition in Paris and in the INADR competition in Bologna, where her team placed third. She is currently interested in the possibilities of using mediation as a means of dispute resolution in the healthcare sector.
Pavlína Krausová
Committee member
Pavlína is one of the founding members of the association. She became interested in mediation many years ago through student competitions. As a negotiator, she participated in the CDRC competition in Vienna and the ICC competition in Paris. Subsequently, she became a coach for teams of negotiators.
